Dorothy’s Place was in need of tremendous funding and set out to raise $70,000 with less than 3 months left in the year to do it. They didn’t have a modern website with the infrastructure to receive online donations or a marketing strategy in place to raise the funds.
I led the team that executed and completed the marketing strategy that raised over $70,000 in 3 months for Dorothy’s Place. We did the following:
With my strategy in place, Dorothy’s Place raised over $70,000 in less than 3 months, which allowed the organization to keep running the following year. $57,000 of that money came from an online competition we encouraged donors to give to, while the rest was given through their newly overhauled website.
